Salads... Easily makes you healthy and slim


A cup of salad/a day keeps you healthy and Brisk. Take a cup of salad daily with your breakfast, lunch or Dinner.


It is better to take fruits for breakfast and dinner and vegetable salads for lunch and dinner.


Onion, Carrot, Cabbage,Sprouts,Apple,Orange,Papaya,grapes and any fruit and vegetable can be made as salad. Cut your desired vegetable or fruits into tiny pieces and arrange them in order.

Garnishing it with corriander and carrot grates will be more tasty and it may attracts to eat. Adding a bit of salt and lemon will make the salad more Tasty. A spoonful of Sugar also can be added .

Salad digests easily and practising children to salad will make them healthy and wise.

Soak Two table spoonful of green gram in water.keep it aside for some 7-8 hours. After that you can see the growth ,a white projection form the seed.It is the sign for you to understand that the sprout is ready to eat. (In summer you can make the sprouts overnight.But in winters it may take a day for you to get the fully grown sprout.)

Drain the water and garnish the sprouts with little salt and 2,3 teaspoonful of Lemon juice. Adding finely chopped Onions and Tomato will give you nutrition rich Sprouts. Enjoy your sprout and be healthy always.


You can make sprouts not only from Green gram, but also from other cerels like Wheat,Rajma,Peas Butter Beans,Beans,Groundnut and many more. Soaking it for a day in water gives you better results.

Butter Milk is Best

BUTTER MILK IS ALWAYS "BETTER" MILK



We Make Curd from Milk. So, the Curd automatically gets the character of the Milk. Means We make Curd from Cow Milk,Buffallo Milk and Goat milk.

Curd Made from Cow milk :

It is very very Tasty. IT INCREASES THE TASTE OF FOOD. It can cure Gastric Problems.



Curd made from Buffallo Milk:

It gives you good Sleep. But it won't get digested easily.

Apart from these two curd's other curds (like Goat Milk curd )are not good for health.




Generally ,It is better to drink Butter milk instead of taking Curd as it is. Because, Frequent sleep, Constipation, storage of excess Fat in the body are some of the ill effects of Curd. If someone who is really very fond of Curd can take curd by simply adding sugar or honey to it. Because it reduces the ill effects of Curd.

4. For taste, you can add pinch of salt, curry leaves and asaefotida (hing).

5. Adding Ginger pieces gives you more taste.

6. But Avoid Butter milk when you are suffering from throat infections,
cold and cough.
